Log in and recover your password

Log in, and get a link to choose a new password if you have forgotten it.

For: Visitor, Client, Lawyer

Steps

1. Click “Login” at the top right, enter your email and password, then “Login”.

   

2. Forgotten your password? Click “Forgot Password”, enter your email and click “Send link”.

   

3. Open the “Reset your password” email and click the link (valid for 1 hour).

4. Choose a new password, confirm it, then click “Reset password”. Log in with your new password.

Good to know

• After several failed login attempts, wait 15 minutes before trying again.
• Once logged in, you can change your password from your dashboard: “Change Password”.
