Give feedback after an appointment

Rate the consultation and leave a note for your lawyer.

For: Client

Steps

1. After a confirmed appointment has ended, click “Give the lawyer feedback” in your list.

   

2. Choose 1 to 5 stars, add a note for your lawyer if you like, then click “Send”.

   

Good to know

• Only your lawyer can see your feedback: it is never published on the site.
• One piece of feedback per appointment.
