Join a video consultation

On the day of your appointment, join the video call from your dashboard.

For: Client, Lawyer

Before you start

• A confirmed “Video call” appointment.
• A recent browser with camera and microphone allowed.

Steps

1. In your list of appointments, the video appointment shows “Opens at …”: the button turns on by itself 15 minutes before the time.

   

2. Click “Join the video call”. Allow the camera and microphone when your browser asks.

3. To finish, click the red “Hang up” button, or “Leave” at the top of the page: you go back to your dashboard.

Good to know

• From 15 minutes before the call, a bar at the top of every page of the site reminds you and takes you to it in one click.
• “Add to calendar” saves the appointment in your phone or computer calendar; the confirmation email carries the same invitation.
• The call stays open until 30 minutes after the planned end.
• Too early? Leave the page open: it joins the call by itself at the right time.
• Lawyers: the same button appears in your appointments.
